WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards.

SHIPPING INFORMATION?

DOMESTIC RATES

Orders ship UPS within 5-7 business days. Domestic rates apply. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.

INTERNATIONAL RATES

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. 

The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays. For more information ahead of purchase please contact customer care. info@nichegallerygroup.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your towel, robe, backpack, napkin or whatever item you purchased! Items can be returned with a  return label when a return is requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion or if a free shipping offer code was applied, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.

 

All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear. 

 

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return.
